Cyber SpaceThe cyber space means the space of the simulated to be made of a computer or Internet.They can say that an entry background is the development of a computer electricity communication technique.This is not reality but implies another space to spread in the brain.It becomes usual vocabulary using to Communication Space concept.The data area of a computer or Internet is the place which a majority's client exchanges the information freely.We recognize the society which greater part consists of a computer network.For example, We call the crime to be done in a computer network the cyber-crime; We attaches speaking 'CYBER' about the culture or language.SurveillanceThe structural concept has idea of transparent house or panopticon.The surveillance of the cyber space does not have the concept to be well yet.Also there is many adverse criticism to treat here in this.For example, does it infringe the freedom of the individual?But the surveillance of the any degree needs.Comments..The surveillance goes well in Korea society considerably.This is excessive.The system of inhabitants number is very bad especially.I don't know that when we buies shoes, we has to write inhabitants number.But, Such recognition lacks in Korea.We needs the countermeasure of cyber-crime to be expand.The recognition of the human rights of the individual or freedom needs at the same time.
